If this is true, I guess Toriyama didn’t want his work to get a bad reputation. Even though he says done with the series, he was willing to make two movies and helped revive the series with Super. Thanks to Super, we don’t need to worry about GT or the noncanon movies. Instead of Cooler and Broly, we got Frost and Kale.
