So I know that many of us have either enjoyed an anime that we shouldn’t have or we have a genre of anime that we like that others may not like.
I know that for me when it comes to anime my guilty pleasure anime has to be any anime that I watched when I was younger. No matter how old I get or even how bad it is I still enjoy it. I guess it the nostalgia I get from those anime but I can totally watch them whenever I’m bored or just want something to watch that entertaining.
As far as for anime genres that are a guilty pleasure I guess I would have to say any anime that’s geared towards romance. I guess it’s the girly side of me but for some reason I just enjoy that genre so much so the most love involved in it the more I love it.

I loved Vampire Knight because i wish it lasted more than two seasons.
But* i wish it lasted more than two seasons.
I also wish there were more. The manga was also really good.
I guess I’d have to say Pokemon,because though I have moved on I still find entertaining,and I really don’t…
Also Vocaliods would have to be included in this ’cause I love it so much,but everyone I now doesn’t even give a crap. I’ll talk about them and the other person will be all like “yah,ok cool.” I get really uncomfortable and try not to mention it any more throughout the conversation or visit. -_-

Yeah that is true. You shouldn’t feel guilty about watching it.
For me it would have to be the first few seasons of Pokemon and Tenchi Muyo/Universe.

I hate to admit it, but it would definitely have to be cheesy generic harems. Oh the same jokes over and over. Gets me every time!
Yeah I also understand that too. I’m like that when it come to the typical romances.
I have to admit, I like to see some comedy, ecchi anime like Rosario Vampire and Heaven’s Lost Property (I have not finished it yet). Even though the Rosario Vampire anime is not that dark like the manga, the anime does a good job on making me laugh whenever the girls fight over the same guy. Heaven’s Lost Property is another funny because the main character is a perverted boy who gets into trouble with an angeloid with limitless powers. What makes it better is that he is voiced by Greg Aryes and hearing him getting into trouble reminds me of Youhei Sunohara from Clannad. Any anime that makes me laugh is good for me, guilty XD.
Lol that is awesome! I haven’t seen Heaven Lost Property but I have heard some good things about it.
It’s pretty funny and it does have some cute moments. I enjoy it but I haven’t sat down and watch all the way. The characters are something to laugh at.
Well then I will definitely check it out soon.
If do you plan to watch it, be prepared for fanservie. There is a lot of that haha.

Yamada’s First Time was actually a really good anime I really enjoyed it and it was so funny!
I talked about this before and my guilty pleasure in anime has to be Peach Girl. Like…I’m pretty ashamed I liked it. It truly sucks. No joke. It’s horrible.
Peach Girl was a good anime and manga. I actually really enjoyed it.
