Has Your Hobby Positively Influenced Your Life?

When I saw this question online I figured that this would be a great topic since for me it’s definitely a yes.

Before I literally just watched anime because it was something that I enjoyed but now it’s turned into much more than that. Anime has caused me to branch out and do things that I never thought that I would do.

Because of anime it’s caused me to start a YouTube channel and blog talking about it which is something I didn’t think I would do. Pursuing those things is something that I never thought was possible because I didn’t know what to talk about. But now it’s opened up so many opportunities such as podcasts, meeting some of my favorite voice actors, and of course meeting so many new friends in this community.

It’s also helped me make friends outside of the online community. I didn’t realize that so many of my friends liked anime and now I have other friends to go to cons with.

Another thing that it helped me out with is confidence in not caring what people think about my hobby. Plus it’s also helped me to embrace the other hobbies that I’ve learned to enjoy such as self care, reading, and also other nerdy topics like comic books and video games.

Best Things To Do On Cold Dreary Days!

As the days get colder here in the US I always wonder what is the best way to spend these days. These are the days that everything is cold, windy, and maybe rainy. It also the days where the last thing you want to do is go outside haha.

I know that for me this is the time I like to sit down with a good book. Sometimes it’s something that’s a romantic comedy, or a drama, or a self improvement book, or a manga, or something scary. For me at this moment I’m reading Stephen Kings IT and I recommend it for those that enjoy reading horror books.

This is also the time where I like to cuddle up with my favorite blanket, have the heater on (if needed), and maybe have a cup of tea or coffee. Currently I like drinking green tea with honey or if it’s coffee I like hazelnut.

But if I’m just feeling ultimately just lazy I’ll just watch endless YouTube videos, movies, and anything else that makes me happy.

Best Anime To Binge Watch?

So we are in age where binge watching is the norm but now I wonder what is the best anime to binge watch.

For me if i have to be honest it would have to be a show I’ve seen before and most likely a comedy. I feel like comedy anime can keep me going from beginning to end and they make me so so happy.

I would say drama anime as well but sometimes the drama can be too much and I need a brake.

Anime I would recommend checking out would be Lucky Star, Panty & Stocking with Garderbelt, Ouran High School Host Club, and Shin-Chan.

Best Recent Purchase!

So I’m sure that many of you have decided to buy something and then later on you realize it was the best purchase. Usually this may come on just after receiving the object or sometimes it takes a few days. It really depends on the product.

For me it has to be my new Tamagotchi. The main reason being because it brings about a strong sense of nostalgia for me. As I’ve mentioned before I’ve been playing with this Tamagotchi for a few weeks and it’s been so much fun!

Along with it bringing nostalgia its also because it’s been a pretty cool conversation starter. So many people see I have a tamagotchi and then usually have to ask what it is. But I will admit that at times I got some strange looks.

But overall I’m totally enjoying this purchase and I definitely don’t regret it. So what’s your best recent purchase? Comment down below and let me know!
