Which Do You Enjoy First? Anime Then Manga or Manga Then Anime?

What’s Your Biggest Dream?

I know that many of us have dreams and I’m sure we all want to fulfill them or at least try to. Now I want to know what is your biggest dream.

I think I’ve already said mine before and that is to make a name for myself. I want to be a positive influence on others. I want to show other young girls who look like me to know that you can do any thing.

How I’m trying to conquer this dream is doing everything that scares me and just trying. Making a YouTube channel was scary to me and still is in a lot of ways. Having a blog is scary for me since it’s putting my thoughts into the writing. Also just telling people what my biggest dream is and also what I do in spare time is scary. This is because I’ve always been afraid of what other people think of me and what I do. But don’t worry I’m learning to not care and just do what I want regardless of what people have to say.

Video Games Aren’t The Issue

Currently in today’s political climate the talk has now turned to video games being the culprit behind the mass shootings that are occurring in the U.S which is total bull!

Like I mentioned in a tweet yesterday this is something that they tried to bring up before when the Columbine shooting happened in the late 90’s. That did let work then and it won’t work now. So many people have came forward with evidence that video games do not cause mass shootings. The same can be said regarding music since that seems to get roped in as well.

I mean I played shooting games as a kid and as far as I know I’m not desensitized by killing. I think what we have become desensitized To is these mass shootings. Every time one happens we say the same things, then we forget about it until it happens again.

But why blame video games. I mean other countries like Japan and South Korea play the same games but yet they don’t have this problem. I think that means the issue is the country.

Stop finding excuses for this issue. Maybe the issue is that people feel that hating people of a race or religion is so widely accepted that they feel they should put it into their own hands. Which shouldn’t be the case.

Like I also said in my tweet video games aren’t the issue. Racism and domestic terrorism is. That’s what needs to be condemned in our country. But comment down below and let me know your thoughts. I’m interested to know!

Enough Is Enough!

I know that a lot of people aren’t going to agree with me but something needs to be done regarding these mass shootings. In 12 hours the U.S has had 2 shootings and it’s the 3rd one in a week. I don’t know about everyone else but constantly hearing about these things happening are making me scared and angry.

I’m scared because it’s making me watch my back when I go out in public for fear of someone doing this. I’m afraid that people I love and care about are going to be apart of something like this. We shouldn’t be afraid of going to a mall, a concert, or anywhere meant for fun and families and feel like at any moment someone is going to show up with a gun and just start shooting.

I’m also angry because the only thing you ever hear now is about thoughts and prayers but there is no action. Every time gun control is brought up people get upset and feel like it would take away a right. Which yes it would but to be honest I rather feel somewhat safe being in a public place instead of feeling scared every time I went out. People are saying that guns should be carried to protect citizens but in all 3 of these situations people were just trying to get away and save others. No one was trying to engage with this individual.

I just can’t wrap my head around this and the bad part is that I’m sure that in a week people are going to forget these ever happened. That is the country we live in. I don’t know about everyone else but I really hope that something changes soon. I don’t want to be afraid anymore.
