How Has Anime Helped You?

Many of us have different reasons for watching anime, enjoying anime, and just overall making anime one of of favorite pastimes. But now I wonder if anime has ever helped any of you.
I can honestly say that anime has definitely helped me in quite a few ways. Anime has definitely helped me with my confidence and helping me to be more comfortable with myself. Plus anime has helped me to deal with the stresses of everyday life.

It’s a great way for me to be able to step away from reality and be able to relax after a long day. 

  
But as for the confidence part it’s mostly because of the characters that I’ve grown to love and wanting to be like them. Or just simply because I take the little things from each character that I’ve grown to love.

  
That is honestly how anime has helped me and I think will continue to help me. But how about the rest of you? How has anime helped you? Has it helped you to become a better person? Has is helped you to be more comfortable with yourself? Or well just about anything.

Anime Cafe’s!!!

Everywhere that I go I seem to find some article or picture about an anime cafe popping up in Japan. 

To be honest I really would like to visit one and see what they are like. They are so cute and look like a lot of fun but I do wonder about one thing. Like I wonder if even though the food is pretty to look at does it taste good?

  
I also would love if one were to open up in the states! I would totally go to see what all the fuss is about, of course take pictures, and also to buy lots of merchandise. So please open up either a Hello Kitty Cafe or Sailor Moon Cafe!
