Admitting Your An Anime Fan!

How do you let someone know your an anime fan? Are you someone that wears it proudly or someone that doesn’t mention it unless the conversation calls for it?
I’ll be honest for me I don’t exactly mention it to people unless it’s needed. This isn’t to say I hide it because I definitely don’t since I have anime t-shirts and other merchandise that people can clearly see.

It’s also not something that I hide because I’m ashamed of it.

I love anime and I love being a fan of it. I think it’s a wonderful art form and way to escape the realities that is life. But it’s not something I exclaim to the world every chance I get, but hey if someone mentions an anime show I just may speak up hehe.

But anyway for me anime is just on the many things I like so yes it’s definitely something I will proudly say I like when someone asks me about it. For example if a conversations starts concerning my awesome Sailor Moon shirt I’m wearing yay!

Pokemon Super Bowl Ad!

Did anyone else see the Pokemon commercial during the super bowl? Well if you didn’t you definitely need to check it out and so I will post it below!

Now when it comes to the super bowl I don’t usually watch it for the game I usually only watch for the halftime performance and well of course the commercials. I knew that there was going to be a Pokemon commercial and I saw it on YouTube but I really wanted to see it on TV.

While the commercial isn’t overflowing with Pokemon and anime related things it is very inspiring. You honestly wouldn’t know it was a Pokemon commercial until the end which I actually found a good thing.

It got people who aren’t big on Pokemon watching which is awesome. But the premise of the video was very much centered on pretty much just that you can do anything as long as you train for it.

I really liked the commercial and was very excited for it. Plus to me it’s a point for all anime fans out there. But what do you think of the Pokemon commercial? Leave your comments below.

Most Creative Anime

What I mean by this is what anime was the most creative whether it’s artistically, the content, or just anything that to you made the show so creative.
For me artistically it has to be the film Spirited Away.

Just all the colors in the film and imagery involved just drew me in from the very beginning. It was very Alice In Wonderland and to be honest I never really like Alice In Wonderland so this was better haha.

The Ideal Length For An Anime?

Many of us have watched several different anime’s and each have been different lengths. But I was wondering what to you is the ideal length for an anime?
Many people don’t exactly enjoy long running anime’s since it can be a long commitment to watch an anime that goes for hundreds of episodes do example One Piece.

But there are others who don’t exactly like short anime’s because sometimes it may not tell the complete story.

For me my ideal length for a show is anywhere between 12-24 episodes but I don’t mind if a show is split into different seasons of the same length. The reason why is because it similar to how shows air on tv and it doesn’t seem as daunting to watch a show that is that length.

Now it also does depend on the show. Shows that have that much detail may require more episodes but I still suggest seasons. Also of your someone that likes writing or recording reviews it gives you something that you can watch within a reasonable amount of time.
