What I mean by this is what anime was the most creative whether it’s artistically, the content, or just anything that to you made the show so creative.
For me artistically it has to be the film Spirited Away.
Just all the colors in the film and imagery involved just drew me in from the very beginning. It was very Alice In Wonderland and to be honest I never really like Alice In Wonderland so this was better haha.

Enjoying your youtube channel btw. Perhaps you could raise the camera angle a bit if possible – I think it would look nicer and more conversation-like if the viewer could see you “face to face”. Not trying to be pretentious 🙂 , I just like your content and would love to see your channel do well x) .

I hope you enjoy Satoshi Kon’s stuf. It’s reaaallly trippy but similar to Spirited away in that sense which is why I reccommended it, but perhaps a little more serious. Good luck xD.

I may have to just agree with you and say Spirited Away here. It’s probably my absolute number 1 move, period, and one of the major reasons for that is the wonderful creativity throughout (although there are lots of other reasons to love it as well). 😀
Same! There are several other reasons why I enjoy it as well.
It might be Haibane Renmei for me – the series has this somewhat muted color palette that worked well for it, and the aura of mystery of the town always intrigued me. ^.^

Spirited Away is a great example of a creative anime. I have two choices of creative anime, one is the movie Summer Wars and Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Summer Wars is very creative because of the internet world of Oz and I like how everything is another world. The other one anime Madoka Magica, is my other choice because I like how the anime creates these scary realms and enemies. The enemies which are the witches are difficult to describe and they look frightening. It’s almost like Sailor Moon mixed with children’s nightmare.
I loved Summer Wars! It was also very colorful! Also because of the plot it really reminded me of The Digimon Movie.
It was great movie. I saw it two times XD. I really like the world of Oz. It was interesting on how they made their perspective on the internet.
Yes so very true!! I wish there was a site just like that! I actually ended up buying it. Maybe I will do a review on that movie even though it has been out for a while.
Yeah it would be awesome if it happened. Many people would be able to explore and meet new things. Based on the movie, I am hoping we don’t get menace like Love Machine. You should do a review, I would watch it 🙂

I gotta grab a copy of the movie. It was a superb film. I believe that the character designer of Neon Genesis Evangelion also drew the characters in this movie.

Ooh, that is certainly a creative movie! I think all of the Ghibli movies are so unique and creative, so that’s my pick.
Yeah I think a lot of Miyazaki’s movie are very creative and also inspiring
Miyazaki’s movies have that effect on people. I would also say Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle. Summer Wars was pretty cool too
